You may call it a threat to world peace, Islam has surpassed Roman Catholicism as the world's largest religion, Islam is overtaking the world and the world is aware of their devastating ideologies. It clearly means other religions are in danger.

Muslims are 19.2% of world population. It happened because Muslim families continue to have so many kids and their religion allows it but Christians started believing in fewer children in family. Muslims would fight for greater share in natural resources now.

I would have no problem with this were it not for the fact that they clearly want to establish a 3rd caliphate and their main goal is world domination. this is not a religion, it is an oppressive political idealogy cloaked in religious doctrine. And there are still people too blind to see the threat.

@incognito I do agree that a few Muslims are against other religions but branding everyone as being against all other religions is absolutely frivolous. I live in India, a country with a huge Muslim population and I myself mingle and study with many friends who happen to follow Islam but till date I haven’t found one single instance when these friendly, affectionate chaps have ever tried to portray their religions over others’ religion and as a matter of fact, my Muslim friends celebrate festivals like Diwali with equal fervour. So, please do not brand the majority of Muslims as religious fanatics who want to estabilish a third caliphate or whatever you might call that. I can vouch for the fact that a vast majority of Muslims want to coexist peacefully with people of other religions and that they have absolutely no intentions of dominating over others.

Islam is a religion of “Peace” and there is no doubt about it. But the Media has projected it otherwise.

Japprashanth... it’s challenging not to think that way when masses of people demonstate against the west, bomb each other to bits (including their own Muslim brethren) issue fatwas and call for death to those who criticize Islam, and the vast majority of so-called moderates say absolutely nothing. Now, I understand that many are probably afraid that if they do criticize their fellow Muslims that they too will be the target of death threats (and many courageous Muslims have) but that brings me back to the following:

why is there so much violence associated with that religion?? A peaceful religion, no way. Until, they stop all the violence, there is no way I will believe it is a religion of peace.
